What is Seminole 100?
Seminole 100 is an annual celebration honoring the 100 fastest-growing businesses owned by Florida State University alumni.
The next celebration will take place in the Spring of 2020 on FSU's campus. The Seminole 100 Celebration will consist of a celebratory dinner, and the reveal of the 2020 Seminole 100 list. Companies will learn their numerical ranking and receive their award at the event.
Who are EY and what do they have to do with Seminole 100?
EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services. They deliver insights and quality financial services in capital markets and economies across the world.
FSU has partnered with EY, who will accept all Revenue Verification Forms for Seminole 100, review them and rank the businesses according to their growth rate. Therefore, applicants are required to submit a revenue verification form to EY by July 31, 2019 in order to apply for Seminole 100. What is the Jim Moran Institute and what does it have to do with Seminole 100?
A 1995 contribution from Jim and Jan Moran and JM Family Enterprises established the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at the Florida State University College of Business.

Jim Moran was an automotive pioneer and an entrepreneur at heart, who at the age of seven, sold soda pop at sandlot baseball diamonds in Chicago. With a career that spanned more than six decades, he built an amazing chronicle of achievements in the automobile industry. His vision for the Jim Moran Institute was to provide opportunities that would help others become more successful business owners.

As part of the recent $100 million gift from Jan Moran to Florida State University, the Jim Moran Institute will hold an annual celebration of FSU's top entreprenerus, known as Seminole 100.
How do I know I'm eligible for Seminole 100?
To be considered for the Seminole 100, companies (corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorship's) must meet all of the following criteria:
Must have been in business as of January 1, 2016, and
Must have had verifiable revenues of $100,000 or more for calendar year 2016 and
Must have verifiable gross revenues of $250,000 or more for the 2018 calendar year.
In addition, the company must meet one or more of the following criteria:
A FSU alumnus or group of FSU alumni that has ownership in the company for three consecutive years prior to nomination, or
A FSU alumnus that has served as the company's chief executive (for example chairman, CEO, president or managing partner) for three consecutive years prior to nomination, or
A FSU alumnus that founded the company and has been active as a member of its senior management team for three consecutive years prior to nomination.

Does my revenue and financial information remain private?
You will share detailed revenue and financial records with EY who will use these documents to calculate your ranking in the list. The only information that will be made public by EY and Seminole 100 upon announcing the list is your company's Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR).
When will I know if my company made the list?
November 2019: We will notify companies who were selected as Seminole 100 honorees.
Am I required to attend the Seminole 100 celebration in order to be named to the list?
No. We would love to see you there, but it's not required.
Are public tickets available for the celebration event?
